Rules:
1. MUST have a website!
2. Add the banner when it's time.
3. The dimentions of the button must be 88x31
4. They must say "omfg-layouts" because I'm gonna put them up on my button page! :D
5. You can use my button templates to help you. You have the choice of making them transparent or animated.
6. You can only submit 1 to 2 buttons
7. I only allow 3 people each time. If there isn't space for you you'll be up the month after.
8. Even if you've already joined my contest before you can still join for a new round.

Applicaton Form:
1. Name
2. Website http://....
3. URL of buttons
4. I'll tell you when it starts.
